Holding the painting is Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, President of Argentina. In the middle is Hugo Chavez, President of Venezuela, and the artist of the painting, which shows himself next to former Argentine President Néstor Kirchner, who is Mrs. Kirchner's late husband. I don't know who the chica is on the right is.

says Mrs. Kirchner - Hugo, I love these paintings you made of yourself and my husband, but now that he's passed I'd like to give his copy back to you. To be honest, I was never really comfortable with the way Nestor insisted on hanging it over our bed.
