Not really. Once you start focusing on the *actual* oppressive regimes in the Middle East, and not the only civilized country in the region, then I'll be happy.
talk about spin. So its a case of the evil Palestinians and super good Israel. No middle ground or historical conditioning whatsover. Gotcha.
How quaint. You just proved my point. Why are you even focusing on Israel at all? After all, Hamas uses the same references to Islamic Scripture as the Ikhwan, Al Qaeda, Lashkar, Boko Haram etc. It really doesn't matter *where* the conflict is.
Hamas is just another radical Islamist organization, causing death and suffering wherever it goes. But for you, it's all about the Zionists...

because i dont view the history of the region through enormous waste disposal can sized tinted googles. Any balanced minded indivdual who does the same will invariably reach the same conclusion.
until the carving up of the land by the british, the arabs were as a rule of thumb, the majority until they were dispersed and frogmarched off their lands by a western sanctioned gang of Jewish thugs. Palestine was a viable proto nation up until that point and wouldve become one had it not been for British-Zionist interference. The only thing it lacked was an army, which ironically it has now that Israel and its supporters bemoan its violent actions. You can revise it and spin it as much as you want, thats what happened.

That you only have an interest in bashing Israel.

Of course I am. They share similar histories (both are offshoots of the Muslim Brotherhood), similar religious Scripture (the Qur'an and Sunnah), similar tactics and similar goals.
Here is a quote from the Hamas Charter:
"The time will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews (and kill them); until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: O Muslim! there is a Jew hiding behind me, come on and kill him! This will not apply to the Gharqad, which is a Jewish tree."
... supported by 5 ahadith from Sahih Muslim and 2 ahadith from Sahih Bukhari. Which of course means that Al-Qaeda, being a Salafi organization, automatically agrees.
You have received one demerit point for improper use of *facepalm*.

Palestine would be a state today if the Palestinians had accepted the UN partition plan for Palestine. It' funny how you accuse others of historical revisionism and spin while conveniently leaving out large chunks of history in your own narratives.

They're of much the same mindset regarding the elimination of Jews and their use of terrorism, yes.
In fact, the Hamas Charter reads like an even more anti-Semitic screed than did a lot of Nazi German propaganda. They're just terrorists that rule by fear and intimidation and they have to be defeated. It's as much in the interest of Gazans as it is Israelis. Terrorism and violence will not do any good - hell, it hasn't done any good for the last 70 years, and all it does is bring more misery, more dead bodies and more hate from the Palestinians. More violence and terrorism is unhelpful, to put it mildly.
Hamas are also heavily connected to (and funded by) the Iranian regime (of which I may post about a little more later), so I think that simply calling Iran "anti-Israel" and rejecting claims of antisemitism simply doesn't cut it.
Oh, and by the way - you claimed a few weeks ago that Jews should simply go back to where they come from (i.e. Europe and the U.S.) Half of all Israeli Jews (and their descendants) do not come from Europe or the U.S., though. They left, fled, or were forced out of Arab countries, many of which are Judenfrei. If Hamas succeeded in wiping Israel from the map, they wouldn't be welcome in their 'home' countries either, because their 'home' countries are in many cases explicitly anti-Semitic and have driven out all - or nearly all - of the remaining Jews in these countries.
Arran: I gotta use that as the text under my name. It's too good to waste.

My favourite hadith to quote when people try to suggest that Islam is not anti-Semitic.
In fact, it's probably my 'favourite' hadith full stop.

The Palestinians have had endless chances - and still do, right up until this very day - for their own state. Their own behaviour stops such a state. I believe in justice for Palestinians wholeartedly - which is why many of them need to grow up and stop being of a ret*d, delinquent, hateful, bigoted and racist mindset and culture.
Oh, and "Merchant of Zionism"?

You seem to forget that 83 percent of the 193 UN member states are Zionist (recognize Israel's right to exist).
The good and decent Anti-Zionist countries are:
Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Comoros, Cuba, Djibouti, Guinea, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Morocco, Niger, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.
By [insert favourite deity here], you are right! A pattern emerges!
I would seem that many of those countries that have a problem with Zionism also seem to have a problem with liberal democracy!

Or, er, with Jews in general.
Why exactly are Jews so valuable that you have to go out of your way to defend them? Jews only make up a tiny fraction of the world's population meaning that if all of them were to be exterminated at once then the rest of the world would still continue functioning, and in 100 years time the Jews would probably be a fading memory.
Jews are only Jews because they choose to be Jewish. Don't give me nonsense than a person is a Jew if their mother is a Jew. No civilised nation would ever recognise or accept that religion is hereditary, and certainly not one of the liberal democratic variety.

0.05 percent of the world's population. 20 percent of the Nobel Prizes. Size is not everything.
Have you had your polio shot? It was made possible by two Jews. Have you used GPS. It was made possible by the Jew, Albert Einstein. And so on... And don't forget Facebook, invented by a ...;. well, you out to know by now.

You hope.
I'm glad that mask is peeling away. It never suited you in the first place, old chum.
I'm not really interested in defending Jews particularly - I'm interested in defending a free country (the only one of its kind in the region) from sympathisers of fascist religious exterminationist barbarians. It's a bit like people wanting to defend any race or group of people from genocide generally. It's a bit like people abroad wanting to speak out against Golden Dawn or Jobbik. Or people wanting to protest against the sympathisers of hateful bigots who leave pig's heads outside Muslim places of worship.

Has he ever used a USB stick? Guess who was responsible for it being made in the first place? Those wicked Zionist Israelis, that's who.

Now I understand who you are. A soldier of liberal democracy. Probably one who will not stop fighting until the whole world subscribes to your views.

According to Wikipedia. I happened to have a USB flash drive larger than a USB stick back in 1997 and it wasn't from an Israeli company as far as I am aware.

Every time a scientific source would be quoted there is a good chance the name of a Jew would be remembered.
It was a Jewish name, Einstein, that made physics a household term.
Even Christians remember a Jew, Jesus. He was Jewish you know.

Correct.
From The Declaration Of The Establishment Of The State of Israel (AKA, Jewish thugs):
"THE STATE OF ISRAEL will be open for Jewish immigration and for the Ingathering of the Exiles; it will foster the development of the country for the benefit of all its inhabitants; it will be based on freedom, justice and peace as envisaged by the prophets of Israel; it will ensure complete equality of social and political rights to all its inhabitants irrespective of religion, race or sex; it will guarantee freedom of religion, conscience, language, education and culture; it will safeguard the Holy Places of all religions; and it will be faithful to the principles of the Charter of the United Nations."
From Sahih Bukhari (Bukhari, 2:23:441)
"Allah's Apostle said, "Every child is born with a true faith of Islam (i.e. to worship none but Allah Alone) but his parents convert him to Judaism, Christianity or Magainism, as an animal delivers a perfect baby animal. Do you find it mutilated?" Then Abu Huraira recited the holy verses: "The pure Allah's Islamic nature (true faith of Islam) (i.e. worshipping none but Allah) with which He has created human beings. No change let there be in the religion of Allah (i.e. joining none in worship with Allah). That is the straight religion (Islam) but most of men know, not."
