Yoghurtophobia. It's made with bacterial cultures. Using firearms on yoghurt is an irrational response, because it only splatters the yoghurt over a large area. Better to leave it contained and wait for someone to eat it. For a moderate fee, I will do so, if I am called in before the yoghurt goes off. Have spoon, will travel.

Quoting Freudian theories can be a sign of not understanding the scientific method. It depends on whether the person who quotes them also believes them.

The "when I hear the word culture" is from a Nazi play... it's most commonly quoted as "when I hear the word culture I reach for a gun"... The backers of Kyle revel in the reflected glories of fascism.

What is your specific problem with the actions of Chris Kyle?

Have you conducted a review of his kills, evaluating their consequences compared to the alternative consequences of him not taking the shot and arriving at the fact that he has caused more harm than good? Please elaborate and provide evidence... Those of us who aren't blatant racists like John_Browning might be interested to know...

He was a smarmy, self-righteous serial killer. It's bad enough to be a serial killer, but to be a self-righteous one goes beyond all decency. In the end it was in service of Thomas Friedman's demand that every little while the US has the duty to throw a little country up against the wall to scare, to terrorise, to enact terrorism, against the rest of the world. The man represents fascism in every fibre of his being and his death is a moment that makes me almost believe in the Just World Fallacy!

al quaeda and their ilk cant be defeated through bullets and predator missile strikes because for every insurgent that dies a hundred more are willing to pick up his rifle. If anything militarism is making the matter worse because it is conditioning more impressionable muslims into extremism.

Indeed, if I wanted to promote Jihadism I'd translate his memoirs into Arabic... this guy just wanted to blow up the world like the rest of the Armageddon cultists who so disproportionately populate especially the southern United States.

Neither of you answered the question (I assume this was simple negligence, and not intentional), so I'll restate it:

You can never compare this person to someone like Lyudmila Pavlichenko in the Great Patriotic War. He would be more like a Nazi sniper.

you should try asking the right questions if you don't like the answers. His personal record is a moot point. The entire damn NATO military/corporate presence in Iraq/Afghanistan has been a disaster.

And from that can we assume that you're well travelled in the south and know this from experience?

Can we also assume that you think all snipers, especially Americans, are "serial killers"?
