The OP specified biggest craphole in the first world not the entire world

If a person actually had to go 100 miles from point A to Point B in many parts of Africa, they would long for the "craphole" which is America.

Why does everyone always bring up Africa when someone mentions being unhappy with things in the U.S? I feel like there are a number of other nations outside of the U.S that wouldn't leave someone longing for the craphole which is this country.

and i ignored it because that's just silly. "craphole in the first world". lol. it's either one or the other. and that's not what the title says anyway. taking the title and op as they are phrased, it's like saying "is america the entire school's hugest loser in the context of popular kids?". it's a self-contradicting question in at least two different ways at the same time

That's probably true.

But the working class in America have it much better, on average than the working class in a place like Uzbekistan (in Asia; I didn't want to be accused of emphasis on Africa again LOL).

But, truly, what matters is your perception, your actual experience, and the evident "wealth" of the people "above" you.

but, for the purposes of this thread, our inferiority to most of the rest of the west is the pertinent thing, to compare us to Uzbekistan is off-point, however well-intentioned. we are AMERICA and not only can but SHOULD be BETTER than the rest of the west, we could and SHOULD be the standard-bearer [in the various indicators of national well-being such as infant mortality rates and % of citizens with health care, for example, areas which we trail most other western nations] based on our national wealth alone. but not enough of us are aware that our wealth is being systematically squandered on foolishness and evil string-pulling by the men behind the curtain [ultimately to prevent more social spending], and that we are not or simply aren't interested in being anything better than we are, we're enthralled with our mutually assured self-destruction [while being "entertained to death"] at the hands of the puppet masters above us, in "echelons beyond reality."

They want to be entertained and then due to fraud they elect the entertainer who's committed fraud constantly. Kind of like a turtle who decides to ferry a scorpion across a pond, hm...

#1 /38 in average household net adjusted disposable income per capita
#1/ 38 in average household net financial wealth per capita

Wiki, cited below, shows the same, America is #1 in household wealth per capita.

Particularly, the avg. wealth (assets minus debits) per household is substantially higher in America, than Europe.

So, if you want to make money, and keep your money.

The best place to go is America.

Since when was money the be-all-end-all? Is it number one on the list of countries who bury their money in their coffins when they die since heaven is probably capitalist in their minds too? How about HDI? Hundreds of other indices.

#1 for money but dead last or almost dead last in every other indicator of national well-being. most other western nations have increased upwards social mobility compared to us. where we excel, is in downward social mobility, compared to the rest of the west.

Also, in spite of being a supposed exporter of 'democracy' it ranks worst.

it does very little good to point these obvious things out to people who refuse to acknowledge them. "there are none so blind, as those who will not see."

We SHOULD be better. There's much room for improvement---especially when it comes to health care, which really IS Crap.

But I still wouldn't call the USA "the world's biggest craphole" by a long shot.
