I didn't vote NDP in the provincial election, in fact I actually voted for the PCs because I didn't see anything wrong with how they were running the province. I did vote for the NDP during the last federal election however, since they were the only party that took a stand against the TPP. Unfortunately, everyone voted for the f*****g Liberals because Justin Trudeau promised to legalize marijuana. Legalizing pot is nice and all, but there's more important things to be concerned about.

On a satirical level some of the redrawings still make sense. I like how he lumps the Canadian Maritime provinces with upper New England into one country. Joel Garreu's best selling "The Nine Nations of North America" of 1981 made a similar slicing of the pie.

Other details are puzzling. Like the northern Prairie states (from Kansas to the border of Dakota and Canada) are labeled "the People's Collective" as if they were destined to become one big pinko commie commune. There was a lot of socialist thinking is some parts of the midwest, and Milwaukee even had a socialist mayor. But then and now the northern prarie states are considered part of the Bible Belt, and tend to vote GOP.

But I agee with the map maker about one thing! America should go back to Zeppelins. Non flammable helium filled (not hydrogen like the Hindenburg) and powered by solar cells. It would get us off middle east oil, and if you hijacked a zeppelin and flew it into a skyscraper it would just bounce off like a nerf ball! So what if they only go a 100 mph? Our lifestyle could use a little slowing down.

I enjoy a good doobie just as much as the next guy but not if I have to have Trudeau just to get it. By TPP I assume you mean Trans Pacific Partnership and not the Toilet Paper Party.
