Thanks for clearing that up Kev729. I wish that people who want to present homosexuality as normal and healthy and okay, would not bring the Bible into it and try to escape what God says about it. But, this doesn't mean that God hates you if you're gay. We are all cracked in some way and imperfect. There are worse things you can be than gay. God loves us and wants us to come into the knowlege of the truth in all things. Look, when I'm behaving in a way that I know is clearly considered wrong by God, I will admit it. For example, when I was a teenager, I was pretty loose with my sexuality. I never tried to justify it and pretend that it didn't matter or wasn't wrong. I admitted that I was a little slut and didn't care at that point. This doesn't make me better, just honest.

I'm also tired of people who support homosexuality assuming that everyone who opposes it hates gay people. That's just not true. I have known several very excellent people who are gay. I love them.

And all this talk about judging. Of course we can judge. We make judgement decisions about everything. But in this case, God has already judged.

The fact that so many pro-homosexual people get so angry just because someone does not approve of homosexuality, is very disturbing. Unless you're angry at the abuse that some gay people have to endure. That makes me angry too!

I believe God does care for all of Us whither We are straight or gay it does not matter to God. But what the Bible does says it is How God truly does see it, as Unnatural for men or women to want just each other only. If We where all gay there would be no Mankind at all. For two men or women together can not have children in the end.

I have come across a few gay people that even desired Me; I was always nice enough to tell them I was not interested in the end.

Life is very complicated when it comes to Humanity for sure. This is because We make it so in the end. God does not make it complicated like We do in the end.

Humanity LIKES THE GRAY IN THE MIDDLE a bit to much that is what I think in the end.

Humanity may think it is ENLIGHTENED but is it REALLY.

I WONDER.

No, it is not wrong to achieve, feel, have, sexual, or any type of pleasure what so ever. God does not not try to stop Us to have any form or type of pleasure. Pleasure is apart of Humans and being Human in the end.

And I wish people who believed every word in the bible was the actual word of god would submit proof that it really is...which of course they can't. They only have blind faith. I think it's silly that there are people who trust everything they read in the bible. Most Christians know better than to believe everything in there. The bible also says that women are inferior to men. Do Christian women believe that too? I doubt it.

Women are Equal in the Eyes of God. For men and women both need to get baptized; read Acts 5:14, 8:3 and 12. Even Saul (Paul) wanted to bring people back to Jerusalem from Damascus that belonged to The Way "both men and women." Acts 9:2. Even women can be Holy 1 Peter 3:5. Husbands to giving honour unto the Wife 1 Peter 3:7. For women where to be a helper as a complement of men read Genesis 2:20. And yes in Genesis 3:16, "Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee." Even God told Abraham should listen to Sarah Genesis 21:12. These are a few scriptures.

Then there is nothing wrong with two people loving each other where both achieve pleasure.

I believe that it has been proven that the Bible is God's word. If you really want to know if the Bible is valid, if that is really an open-ended question for you, you can research Texual Criticism, which is the study of how we know if a book is an accurate work or not. Also after learning this scholarly system, you can hold up other religious books to the same criteria. If you're angry about some of the poor handling of the scriptures, I share your anger but if you believe in the Bible, then you have to use proper, scholastic techniques to understand it. It's not a superstitious or majic book.

I can no longer debate this topic on this forum because it seems like people in favor of homosexuality deny the basic fundamentals of science and nature and human anatomy.

It's been fun. So long.

What two people do as individuals is truly up to them only they can Live their Lives.

Thanks, Kev729, but it's getting boring and tiresome and I'm afraid I'm going to start sounding like I'm chiding everyone who disagrees and that's very annoying! I've pretty much said all that I can say about the matter. Maybe, if I had nothing else to do all day, I could research and list alot more conclusive arguments, but I'm not a lawyer and I do have to take care of those pesky six kids sometime today.

On a different note:

Favorite gay artists:

Elton John

The Indigo Girls

Melissa Ethridge (sp?)

I read the first 11 pages and skipped to 36 due to impatience. Consequently I might not be entirely clued up on the flow of conversation.

I believe in innocent til proven guilty. If there is no reason to suspect guilt, why shouldn't innocence be inferred? Consequently, I have looked at all the arguments against homosexuality and come to a conclusion. There are no arguments against it. Penises aren't supposed to be inserted into anuses? did you design the human anatomy? No, so stop stating it as fact. Is the Bible the word of God? answers of 'yes' are unproven, more often than not unfounded and nobody has even tried presenting proof of God's existence. I personally could tear apart the morality, teleological, ontological and cosmological arguments without batting an eyelid so I don't have any reason to believe a God exists to hand down his word. If God didn't intend for homosexuals, why did he create the capacity for them? He's omnipotent/all powerful so he should have control of this. I'm sure this 'God', being all loving, didn't intend for people to suffer (whether it be for sexuality, race or aspergers. All are factors which are not through choice). Then again, the bible has contradictions by the bucket load - the all loving god who kills all of every species but two, the one who divides the people by language and causes terrible wars, the one who brings plagues upon the innocent to change the mind of a pharoah when just one personal tragedy on the guilty man would have sufficed. Does this sound like an all loving merciful god? I'm an atheist because I se the bible (and material from other holy books that I have read) as bad fiction with plot holes and discrepancies. Not that I view religion as a bad thing, it instills moral fibre, but I cannot see a single reason to believe it other than Pascal's Wager, and even his logic is debatable. I can't accept anyone's argument about God's will as a consequence, as I don't believe there is a god to possess will.

Homosexuality is not a choice. If you could choose between normality and a life of persecution and fear, we'd all choose the same thing. It is inherent, stop stating otherwise like it is fact, science does not necessarily prove put gives extremely strong suggestions that my prior statement is true. I suppose we should hate all difference then. Lets kill all ginger haired people as they are less common. Let's kill all aspies as they are less common. Let's kill all negroids as they are less common. Lets kill all communists as they are SHUT UP. What's the point in killing homosexuals? If it is such a scourge, you shouldn't worry since homosexual couples can't have kids who will be genetically disposed to be gay.

I know I've forgotten many anti-homosexual arguments here, feel free to criticise me and also homosexuals by posting them here. I have aggression and I've run out of other things to tear apart.

You've managed to pretty much entirely voice my own opinions on this topic. There's really nothing more I can add, other than that I'm entirely behind this particular outlook. Nice job :).
