Not really. There's probably hundreds of thousands of firearms in Canada. If they're there, they can be used; if they're there, they can be acquired. Just like good old Martin Bryant in Oz; he acquired them illegally. Just like Anders; he acquired his Mini-14 legally. Both in countries that aren't the US (with a smidgen of the population).
It's something else. It's not guns or Asperger's.
It's humans. Humans kill other humans, and it's never going to change. More humans in one place, and more humans killing other humans based on percentages.
Anyway, color me indifferent to these things, the emotional impact; it's just life. Disease, club, bullet, landslide, earthquake and whatnot.
