Most of the people living in ghettos are on some form of public assistance. Ghettos are where the HUD projects are. The people living in these areas are housed, fed and treated by the government, and they show their gratitude with senseless acts of violence. My ancestors lived in ghettos, and they weren't gang bangers and rapists. It's just the way some people choose to live. Banning guns and increasing transfer payments isn't going to solve the problem.
