Heh and they call me brainwashed. You'd be surprised how much your relationships improve when you stop believing that the men around you would happily rape you if there were no laws against. I'm willing to bet there are far more men around that would put their lives at risk for a female stranger than there are those who would rape one. The figures are at the very least inflated and probably dodgy too.

How many times have you heard of a woman killing his children and his wife, holding a firefight with the police, and then killing himself? How many times a man doing so?
I hear about men doing that more often than I hear about men sacrificing their lives for loved ones, much less strangers.

You, on the other hand, might be surprised how much your life improves when you stop thinking that there's some vast feminist conspiracy to take over the world and make men into second-class citizens.

There is nothing in the percentage of women who are raped that would give the number of rapists.
How did you do your math?
if only 1% of men are rapists that number could easily be reached in a life time.
a man has what about 50 years or so years when they are likely to rape.
women have about 80 years when they could be victims of rape.
In his 50 year career a man would have to rape 12.5 women that is 1 every 4 years.
if the percentage of men who rape is .1 percent then 2.5 rapes a year would be all that
would be needed to reach that percent.
so we end up with a scenario where the vast majority of men are not rapists
but a quarter of women are raped
it would mean that there are about 3.38 million rapists in the world
less rapist than members of the Church of Jesus Christ in Madagascar.
I think the number is higher
