I can't see that at all. Indeed, Raggy would be
trying to make himself gay, in that case.
Indeed, my mother remembers that all the
priests in her day had girlfriends, so I rather
suspect that this is a fairly modern phenomena.

well, I heard there are a few sects that differ from that aspect about allowing their priests to get married, and I believe the vatican doesn't aprove, and they don't consider them to be "real catholics".

You'll just have to take my word on it then.
'Tis nice.
And no, nothing odd there. We were in the same town.
You've got me confused here. I thought Sedaka was from Kentucky??

These weren't wives. Just playthings.
There are sects, under the Catholic Umbrella
which can marry. Specifically allowed by papal
decree. A matter of reintroducing them.

Those naughty priests!

wow, I heard from a catholic that they weren't "real catholics".
It sounds kinda strange now considering Ratzinger's conservatism.

Oh, I'm sure 'twas ok. Just a bit of penance.
Better than corrupting the altar boys. THIS
is what modernization results in.

Of course. But that's really more a cultural thing.
If you belong to a church with special dispensations,
you have them. Much as the French church had many
liberties which others did not (until the revolution).

Was involved with someone like
that. But, she definitely got a kick
out of making another woman orgasm.
i did say in rag's pole that i do get an empowering feeling from the one being the doing (well for kissing... as that's all ive done)
im sure it applies with the other aspects
but i wouldnt feel the same on the receiving end.... without significant imaginary supplementation thinking about men...
but then, i define that as still not even being bi... since im not mentally there.

Yeah. No saying that there couldn't be
a male there too though.

Spoils my ideals, but this is pretty much
what we dealt with in the one serious attempt.
Sucked too. Really just came down to me having
a harem, which isn't enough.

Fun yes. And great for a little fling.
Not so good to base a relationship on.
Ah, sex wasn't really the problem though.
Emergent homicidal tendencies were
probably worse. Though, it was a sexual
episode which spelled the end.

Well, my religion considers a person's intent above an outcome. For instance, I could have surrendered long ago to my lifelong urge to screw girls who wanted me, and could have said, "This is just who I am. Why fight it?" But since my Bible says sex is absolutely wrong outside of marriage, I reined myself in, and still do. I've never had sex with anyone but my wife, and have turned down plenty of offers for casual sex. Am I denying who I am, by demonstrating that I have control over my penis? No, because who I am IS a man who has control over his penis.
/sigh
you used this comparison in the homosexuality thread... or something close
the difference is that you stated your HOMO attraction was forced.... whereas your attraction to these girls has been "lifelong" as you're now putting it
but oh... wait... you avoided answering that question for so long that by the time you addressed it... you forgot what the direct comparison was and tried to pass it off as me being stupid and not understanding that you weren't ACUTALLY comparing the two things
this is the second time you're trying to make this case and it's still not gonna fly
Theory of Mind issues, we have. It's not going to get any better.

Quite with the Theory of Mind BS.... you do understand what a comparison is, don't you? I've explained the terms many times... of the things you're comparing... and you've parrotted them back to me, so i know you can at least type out the words.
you can't be that stupid
And as for you being Bi as opposed to Gay.......... are you conceding a Difference?
and if you really were even bi.... then that blatant loophole would have jumped out at you a bazillion yrs ago as a possible response to me thrashing your "comparison"....
which you're not even doing now.... cause you're not even bi.....
i have contemplated F***ing women... that doesn't make me either of the two either
and i doubt someone even Bi would describe their attraction to the same sex as being "forced"... especially compared to their "lifelong" attraction to women
you just keep getting more and more tangled in your own web
