I never said there are no religious scientists. I would count myself among the ranks of religious scientists. But creationism is, quite frankly, a load of BS. Their "scientist" poster boy Behe is laughable, an embarrassment.

Of course it is about politics. The NWO conspiracy (which includes communism, Nazism, socialism, the State of Israel and the ACLU) are responsible for both mandating the teaching of evolution and throwing Hovind in the pokey. Just ask Kent Hovind. He has an uncanny ability to interpret scientific evidence to support creationism, and to interpret tax law so that he doesn't have to report his income or pay taxes on it.

Yeah, he's kind of eccentric.. but he's just doing what he feels is right.. he's not harming anyone. Income tax has nothing to do with creationism.. Income tax is an illegal tax that no one should be paying.. he is not modifying anything, he is doing what many people dont have the balls to do.

Kent Hovind isn't the only creationist. Creationism is nothing more than a bunch of people who want to prove creation by fighting off evolutionists.. it's not misleading in any way, very straightforward. Im just trying to figure out what you think it is?.. the only difference between a creationist and an evolutionist is that it's on the opposite side of the coin.

The 16th Amendment made income tax legal (where yes, it had previously been illegal, and struck down by the Supreme Court because of that). that's pretty vague and untrue. the 16th ammendment does NOT SAY anywhere that you have to pay income tax from laboured earnings.

And sorry but all income tax pays for is debt, not 'stuff'. They steal money from my labour earnings.. the real income tax is from business profits, which is what income is supposed to be. That income tax is legal, but paying taxes on laboured earnings is not legal. You can NOT show the law that states otherwise, because it does not exist.

perhaps Kent Hovind's income tax fraud was actually business related, not labour related.. because as far as I know he doesn't work, but he owns a dinasaur museum.

HAHAHAHA yeah, but income tax is an illegal tax, so he's not cheating anyone, just doesn't want to get cheated. No he's not a martyr, just not neessarily breaking the law.. if i had more information then I'd know more.. im neutral on the guy, I dont care about him all that much, but I respect him enough to know that he's not a criminal.

"Income from whatever source derived" would certainly seem to include labored earnings.

Because Aaron Russo was lazy and had confirmation bias. Plus, he refused to comprehend the explanations given to him- I have seen a similar tactic used by creationists on several occasions. You don't have to trust me. Do a frickin' Google search and you can read the bill that created the IRS. For the record, I have seen Russo's video. I was really quite disappointed at the very shallow level of it. There surely must have been much deeper stuff to delve into. For one, he could have done a basic economic analysis on the impact of income tax- not one that's very difficult to do, either.

No, because the video I gave you was an attorney stating that the federal income tax was illegal and he doesn't pay his taxes, and that was 2007 I believe.. how can an attorney get away with it if it's illegal to do that?.. sorry but this doesn't add up at all. There has to be a reason he can get away with it.

He convinced one jury to agree with him, so what? If it were actually legal to do what he's doing, wouldn't every lawyer in the country be doing it? Heck, my uncle's a tax attorney and he pays the income tax. The guy on that video never specified what type of attorney he was, so the argument from authority quite possibly is not even from a legitimate authority on the subject.
