Cloning..by all means! Besides once you have a perfect genteic structure sexual reproduction will only water it down. Anyway there are a ton of good reasons to clone..making organs for transport, hempling endangered specias, reasearch may require multiple occarences of the same organism

i have to wonder how much of the controversy with cloning is simply people not understanding what it is or understanding other things. like the morons who bring up "what if someone clones hitler" without thinking of the obvious...that he wouldn't be in the same scenario growing up nor would his mind necessarily develop the same way (or can we now make our clones reach full maturity faster than the normal aging process?).

Now gratnted a certaon amount of our personatlities are genetic based, but other issues like how we are raised, what we are exposed to, and what opertunities we are presenmted can not be cloned. If they do clone Hitler, he could wind ub being the next Ghangui...Note I am not saying Hitler 1.0 was good, Im just saying that his clone need not be of this fate. Even with ceratain personlity traits in common, they could just as easilly be channled on other peaceful endevors. Though I think this would be a waste of reasorces my self. Cloning a person just to see if you can get them to a continotion of the orgibals legancy.

It goes back to nurture versus nature. We know both play a part in the development of a mind but how much influence each has is still being debated.

Obviously they wouldn't be the same person but to use your example Hitler 2.0 might be predisposed towards the same attitudes and thought patterns that resulted in version 1.0.

i'm sorry too. just a pursuit of truth in the face of what appears to be mass hysterics on a global level.

Which is why I prefer Linux. Similarily, I follow the Qur'an alone, instead of the barbarism of Sunnism/Shi'ism. Reminds me of a Robert Frost's poem "The road not taken" - I took the road less traveled by, and that has made all the difference

Peace.

playing number games and calling it god is on the same level as misquoting politicians and calling it prisonplanet.com

Well, you see, there are also around two hundred scientific, historical, and accurate predictions as well...

Peace.
