So as to be as inoffensive as possible, especially considering the website is supported by private ad revenue, should PPR only allow Happy Talk? No more pessimism or sarcasm. No more serious debates, heated or otherwise, since debates might hurt peoples feelings if they are contradicted at all. Should only that which is friendly and cheerful be permitted and any offenders of this rule be merrily beheaded for the greater good?

Actually, the birds I take care of only have an open cage where I place food and water for them. I can't stand to see them locked up, so they stay out.

It's kind a slanted poll, isn't it? There are reasonable reasons someone might want to limit freedom of speech in PPR that are not listed as options on your list. Not to say I would have picked one, but I get really frustrate viewing polls designed to reach a forgone conclusion. I get enough of those in my mail from various political action interests.

That falls under the second category, rather an extreme of the second category. A person couldn't hope to obtain this unless his name is Kim Jong-Il though.
