That was what O'Reilly said in The View segment, and two of the hosts walking out of him, that was really shameful for them to do so, but why did they invited him in there anyway?

Anyway, about that comment being offensive, given some recent discussions about this in the PPR regarding freedom of speech and stuff. People who share that view claim it is true and that contradicting this lies within Politically Correctness attitude

My stance is that people who think that way have a flawed logic on this, because they fail to consider the accuracy of the term, given that it is evident that incomplete information can be misleading, even if what is said is part of what is a fact, it can lead to false beliefs.

The ones who did the deed were Wahabi fanatics. What worries me is that the so called moderate Muslims in America did not organized a Million Muslim March to denounce the act. Where the in secret agreement with the evil doers? Did they think the act was justified? It is hard to say one way or the other and that troubles me.

I would like to think that the American Muslim community is not a potential fifth column but I have my doubts.

The obnoxious thing about statements that like is that they are technically true (the 9/11 hijackers were Muslim) but extremely misleading (they belonged to a fringe sect and are at odds with most other Muslims).

Plenty of prominent American Muslims have denounced the terrorists. There have been a number of open letters from the Muslim community, and plenty of fatawa against jihadists. Just because you haven't seen it reported regularly on the evening news doesn't mean they haven't been doing it.

Well the middle east sure didn't react with shock and horror on 9/11.

It's not like Jewish communities all over the world rush to the streets, screaming outrage whenever Israel violates another human right.

I was using understatement.

Like blockading munitions from Hezzbolah and delivering 120 tons of humanitarian aid per capita of Gaza each day?

Whenever Israel tries to be nice to the Palestinians or Lebanese they get repaid with rocket attacks and suicide bombings, with the munitions supplied courtesy of Iran and North Korea.

No, I meant more like dragging Palestinians out of their soon-to-be-demolished houses in East Jerusalem to make room for Jewish settlements.

I'm certain there must have been journalists at the ready with a camera and a thesaurus in hand.

O'Reilley is a very intelligent man with despicable ideas and a plan.

He has succeed (with the help of others) to create a virtual million Muslim march in the heads of Americans. Meanwhile, at ground zero, there is zero reconstruction

Exactly.

Yeah, the thought of lack of noticable reaction against something leading to secretly support it, is incredibly absurd.

Well they were Muslims. While there is a small amount of extremist Muslims, I think sympathy for their cause is wide spread in the Muslim world.

There's plenty of journalists with their cameras and thesaurus to prove Israel breaking international law by building settlements on occupied territory, but I'm not gonna hijack this thread any further and turn it into a Israel vs Palestine thread.
