Have recent US Presidents of the White House tried to redefine Christianity? Examples:

The new, modern USA White House approved version of Christianity:

- President Bill Clinton (known Bible waver) - Adultery is ok if one is a Christian from Arkansas living in the White House.

- President George Bush, Jr. (known Bible waver, Bible study promoter) - Torture of the enemy (waterboarding) in Iraq and Afghanistan is ok if one is a Christian from Texas living in the White House.

- President Barack Obama (known public Christian) - Celebrating religious rituals associated with Judaism (not Christianity) such as the Jewish Passover Seder is ok if one is a Christian from Illinois living in the White House.

How Christianity is being redefined around the world:

- It's ok to commit child crimes and hide them from the secular police if one is the Pope of Italy (celebrity privilege); also, Italian Catholic condoms are superior to Protestant, Buddhist, Hindu, and Scientology condoms. That's being a good, Christian Italian Catholic.

- It's ok to commit adultery and be president of the second largest Christian TV network in the world - Daystar TV - Dallas , Texas (celebrity privilege).

- It's ok to create a large, non-profit Church - the Crystal Cathedral - in California and not pay employees, musicians but continue to pay administration salaries and declare bankrupcy because of modern Christianity (aka celebrity privilege).

Perhaps the single Christian spokesperson for many recent US Presidents was Dr. Billy Graham.

At the moment it is unclear which Christian spokesperson/minister speaks for the current Barack Obama White House. Dr. Billy Graham's son, Dr. Franklin Graham, is not being accepted by the White House/the Pentagon the way his father was so 2010 is kind of a time of Christian transition for the White House.

Anyone else feel that modern Christianity (Christianity and recent US Presidents) is no longer traditional Christianity?

Even if you have your facts and values straight, you don't get it.

With the exception of certain religious innovators who have rewritten the rules to suit, a sinner, even a conspicuous celebrity sinner, does not redefine anything. No human is truth's master.

Do you really want to do body count based on people self-identified ideological positions? We will go round in circles until everyone realises that we are discussing people and that all share the same common weakness.
