marriage is built upon racism?

Marriage of course has nothing to do with government. But the Socializers and Powervolk who need and are the government cannot - in a large scale society - be stopped frrom regulating.

The article shows how marriage laws can be distorted to serve racism, but not marriage itsself being "based" on racism.

well the title was just a hook to get someone to look at the article...

the origin of marriage certificates is what I was trying to illustrate with the article

marriage is not based on racism.
