If the universe can see itself, experience itself, and know itself - Can it not see, experience, and know something other than itself?

The act of seeing implies the fact of eyes. I am uncertain what the basis is for this assumption.

Who said that the Universe can "see, feel, ..experience, itsself"?

The universe obviously contains organisms like ourelves that have sensory persceptions, but thats not the same thing as the Universe itsself having sensory perceptions.

I don't think it's possible to answer this question beyond opinion. There's still too much we do not know about the nature of the universe.

While I was reading the works of Abraham Maslow, my Social Psychology instructor told me that if my employer caught me self-actualizing on company time, I would probably get fired.

The same rule applies to every Universe.
