I was planning to add a poll to this topic, but don't know how to, so if it fails, I apologize. Anyway, what do you guys think of the conttorversies surrounding dissociative identity disorder (DID/MPD) and (satanic) ritual abuse? Do you th ink these exist, are mad eup by patietns, are made up by therapists, etc.? I'm myself struggling a bit with this as a skeptic diagnosed with DID (no ritual abuse but I come across it all the time).
