Court-appointed Republican poll inspectors are being forcibly removed from voting stations in some Philadelphia wards and replaced in some cases by Democratic inspectors and even members of the Black Panthers, according to GOP officials.

Secrets just received this memo from GOP officials:

The Philadelphia GOP is reporting that court appointed Minority (read GOP) Inspectors are being thrown out of polling locations in several Wards.

These Inspectors are election officials - again, court appointed -- and are reportedly being thrown out by the Head Judges of Elections (these Judges are elected Democrats) and being replaced by Democrats.

Also the New Black Panthers are back, you know the same group that Eric Holder let get away with voter intimidation back in 2008.

Also a Pennsylvania Judge has issued a court order to reinstate the poll watchers, doubt it will be obeyed though.

A Pennsylvania judge is issuing an order to reinstate Republican election officials across Philadelphia who allegedly were ejected or refused entry by on-site Democratic voting chief judges, GOP officials tell Fox News.

One Republican official claimed that "just under 70" Republican election officials were blocked from Philadelphia polling sites Tuesday morning by Democrats on site. One of them, the official claimed, "was shoved out of the polling place."

"For this many inspectors to be ejected from polling places is rare, even for Philadelphia," the official told FoxNews.com.

Elsewhere in the city, a representative from the New Black Panther Party was also spotted outside a polling site. The New Black Panthers stirred controversy in 2008 when members appeared outside a polling site, one of them holding a billy club. The representative seen Tuesday morning was not armed.

The flap over the election judges, though, was widespread. Republicans claim they are obtaining a series of court orders to seat the so-called election "inspectors," and sheriff's deputies will be available to escort them.

Oh and thus far it looks like the "mainstream media" isn't reporting on this, which is no surprise since it would make Obama look bad.

This morning, after voting in my own neighborhood, I stopped by the polling place on the 1200 block of Fairmount Avenue, the same location where the New Black Panther Party stirred up controversy during the 2008 election. Sure enough, a uniformed member of the New Black Panther Party stood in the entrance area of the building. I identified myself and told him that I was going his picture. “No pictures, please,” he replied. I then asked him if he was there to provide security. “No comment,” was all he had to say.

From what I've read, events in Philadelphia seem to be making a good case for why we should have voter ID laws. I hope Pennsylvania doesn't turn out be to very close, or this could turn ugly.

"Get A Load Of This...." is the headline on foxnews.com about this right now. If anyone has any doubt about Fox News, as yourself if you've ever, ever seen a headline such as that from any newspaper or media outlet that is even pretends to be somewhat impartial.

While you can argue their choice of title (which is an attempt to get people's attention), fact of the matter is the situation is something people should pay attention to.

The fact of the matter is that someone should have noticed the inappropriate mural before giving approval to the polling site, instead of approving the site first and notifying the media after the polling site was opened.

I call that a "Set-Up".

I also call it "Politics as Usual".
