Today is the day we can freely question, criticize, and show our disdain for religion... at least in parts of the world where it isn't punishable by death. Of course, for many of us on this site every day is Blasphemy Day. :P

Scriptural Islam is a violent death cult that appeals to savages and encourages savagery.

Christianity is a laughable mix of ludicrous nonsense and superstition and has blighted this planet for millennia.

God is a vicious, evil, wicked lie.

Here we go.

Well, what do you know. Today actually is Blasphemy Day.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blasphemy_Day

Quote:
Blasphemy Rights Day International is a holiday in which individuals and groups are encouraged to openly express their criticism of, or even disdain for, religion....

....Blasphemy Day is celebrated on September 30 to coincide with the anniversary of the publication of satirical drawings of Muhammad in one of Denmark's newspapers, resulting in the Jyllands-Posten Muhammad cartoons controversy. Although the caricatures of Muhammad caused some controversy within Denmark, especially among Muslims, it became a widespread furor after Muslim imams in several countries stirred up violent protests in which at least 137 people were killed, embassies burned and other acts of recrimination carried out because of the blasphemy.

Are you sure it's safe?

Okay, fine. Mohammed was a big twat and a pedophile. And Joseph Smith was a womanizer.

What's the point in having a specific day for that?

*confused*

The OIC will not be pleased.

The Catholic Church are a bunch of paedophile-protecting blood glorifiers and victim blamers.

I bet she liked it a lot but was made to feel guilty about it and made to feel a slut.

Mary could have given so much pleasure and been so pleasured had religion not been involved.

There Is No Dog!

There. I said it, and I feel better!
