One man and woman produced a lot of children and then they grew up and had more children with each other and their children grew up and had their own children with one another. Eventually, an entire city was filled with a "race" of folks all descended from one man and woman and this is how cities, and royal families were filled with people.

So racists are just a bunch of inbreeders - I can buy that.
