why is humanity full of hostile Intent?

Could it be greed? Hate? Those who are controlled by fear and hatred? I mean we go to wars all the time kill eachother rob eachother some people killed over road rage. I can never truly understand most other humans. The formation of religions as a means to control and manipulate many folks en masse and brainwashing people to kill and destroy, be prejudice torwards those who are different? Does evil exist? I cannot fully understand in a way I suppose yes but perhaps its human nature to have hatred and ill intent on others, I cannot fully understand why humanity can be so vile hateful and greedy as well as full of apathy for even their own kind starving to death. Genocide of a different people either, as humanity has become so hostile and cruel I have become desensitized by it which has led me to become bitter and harsh and offend others doing so.

I am at a loss, and have lost faith in humanity for apathy, selfishness, greed, and hate seems to be normal for the human species. I just hope I don't become cruel but how hostile this world is my heart has grown hard and getting cold, the beginning of slowly succumbing to the shadowy tendrils of humanity. I wish I could find an answer, but unable to find an answer just try and make a guess is all, can global hatred truly end? If not then I am afraid that the human species may become more hostile and wipe itself off the planet

I feel that because we are, after all, glorified animals. People don't like to see humanity this way, but I feel that many of us really just follow basic animal desires and instincts. Just substituted those desires with material, power etc.

Could explain why some people, despite of already being ludicrously wealthy, still desire more. When hoarding doesn't make them richer, they resort to making sure others have nothing. Something that is blatantly happening around the world nowadays...

Mind you, a majority of us aren't violent a***holes (maybe just a bit selfish), but it always just takes a few bad ones to spoil the bunch.

I now just remind myself that we are a species with a huge spectrum of people, ranging from Hitler to Mozart...

Because we're grinding each other's gears womb to tomb. Also because there's tons of destructive competition - between political and religious ideologies, alpha bucking beta, tribalism, and add the litmus tests that we supposedly throw into life to make it more complicated for natural eugenic purposes.

It's part of why I used to get depressed watching nature shows - they illustrate that this world is like this from the bottom all the way up. You can help make it better but there's a lot of ingrained programming the other way.

It is the negative that becomes the most visible. All the nice things people do to each other tend to just pass by because everybody are all inside their own minds. Things just "drift by" unless you snap out of it or actively look for it.

It's a trance-like state from conditioning through the media, which is all negative, all destructive.

Everything in the media, if not to demoralize you, suggests you need something, then provides a solution which costs $$

Throw out the TV. Your life will change, you will see the world in a new light. There is no longer a narrative to tell you what kind of lens to view the world through. Suddenly you start seeing the nice things people do to each other too. It's all about perspective. The internet is good in this regard. You have more control.

I don't disagree that some people act in a way that defies words. They do. And that's why you need to try to keep your head above the water. Get up to date on what happens in the world, but don't contemplate too much on it.
As an autistic person, I tend to absorb and live everything all too much. It becomes exhausting. This is why I don't watch TV. It's too intense. I read the news on the internet. It's much easier to shut it off then, not to get overwhelmed.

I hope this makes sense. There are good people out there too.

IMO, animals (nature in general) are amoral. They kill because they are threatened, hungry etc. Some, like cats and orcas, seem to muck about with their prey but ultimately eat them.

I guess one of the reasons why they seem less "evil" is that every second of the life is dedicated to survival. No spare time or energy to do other stuff. We do. Some of us (the nicer ones) indulge in arts, discovery or just laze about. a***holes spend their free time either just being passive-aggressive or look for reasons to kick off.

But I agree, greed and envy plays a large role in many "evils" in our world.

In many ways animals seem more human while humans seem to be more like monsters. Humans are the only species to kill out of greed and hate! Humans also kill for fun and take pleasure out of it, when they kill an animal its for a trophy, they don't even eat it they may skin it then leave the rest to waste! If you are to kill and animal only do it out of self defense, food, and as a means to put its suffering to and end that is it! It is sickening when people kill for pleasure, innocent lives wasted both human and animals, many lives lost in the name of religion or out of fashion and capital gain. Humanity is sickening!

Humans also come up with racism, ableism, sexism and homophobia. They oppress one another and as a result things come to rise and blaming and being prejudice back seems to be the source of it all but makes things worse for those who have nothing to do with it get caught up in it all. Those like myself included get caught up with it get fed up with it and eventually become heartless monsters ourselves, spewing hateful, hurtful things and being insensative ourselves. It is times like this I wish to either have the power to fix things and make things right and restore humanity as a kind and loving species or just give up all together and contemplating on leaving this world for good regardless of those who do not want me to leave, but either way humanity needs to fix itself and realize the wrong doings it does to not only the world but its own species, learn to love and respect others and try to work things around and understand people are different and not bully people. But this is too much to ask I have done what I could do but as a result it has gotten me bitter and turned me into an insenseative person because my heart has grown cold as a means to survive in this cruel world! The world does not have to be this way but sadly it is! I wish to fix it, frustrates me but I cannot do anything to do so I am powerless, it is up to humanity to do s but humans are preoccupied in hating one another! I mean a grand example is women are being discriminated against and wish to rise up so become feminists to claim for equality but them demonize men and discriminated them when they originally were against discrimination and becoming sexists themselves defeats the purpose hence the trolling and ridicule on that part, same with religion at times but that is a whole different story. For those I have offended by just going gung ho and being outspoken without caring about thinking before posting I am sorry, there are many sensative folks, so my harden up advice forget it, I was given the harden advice to harden up and get a cold heart, take my advice and do not harden up like I did, my heart has grown cold, due to hardships and cruel people. Don't be bitter like me and don't make my mistakes, I deserve my dark past, I am nothing! I am sorry for everything. I don't want to hurt peoples feelings or unintentionally offend people anymore, I try to stick up for myself but realize I am not important and other people are more important than me I am just here as mere entertainment I have no purpose to exist but I do, I do as a means to hope humanity restores itself fr the greater good that is all.

I received a PM from a Mod and it made me come into realization of things and my venting has caused alot of hurt so I felt it was time to make a serious topic, not only politically and not making a mockery out of frustration of things but a reflection of the source of my whole frustration of things. I am sorry for everything I am sorry for being alive but I am here, I wont off myself so don't worry about that I have tried a few times before but people intervene, I was weak I was a victim of hard dark crap and I get blamed for it so I was expected to harden up so I had to but it made me cold in return and it has caused harsh backlash for others. Please I beg all of you, do what you can as a means to make humanity change its dark ways, put an end to hatred, sexism, abusive people and suffering, I did all I could but have failed perhaps yall can succeed where I have failed. I have a lot of thinking to do, I will always be alone and some day I will grow old and die with nobody by my side and I will be long forgotten.

Because there has been something flawed and dirty operating in human nature from the very beginning. This thing about us has been passed down genetically from parent to child through the generations. With some, it can be resisted to a point when one seeks to counteract it with doing good, as with Gandhi of MLK, while with others, they live for hurting their fellow humans, such as the likes of John Wayne Gacy or Hitler Christians call it original sin. Regardless of what you want to call it, I think mankind's history proves that it's there inside us humans.
