I was asked to give an example of America's Overzealous police force.
I said, that the USA is far too type A.. to the point where it makes everybody in the USA angry.
Lets say for instance that a Monkey grabbed a woman's purse... and she goes off the deep end about it...
The Police cannot tell her "Ahhh shaaadup, before I pack your mouth with peanut butter ya old hag".
If the Police did that, they would be sued, for millions dollars for Sexism, Ageism and possibly Ableism.
That leaves the cops with no choice but to shoot the monkey, and go get her purse back.. like she's the queen of the world.
AMERICAN law doesn't provide a difference between an interested monkey and a human robber.
And the result of that is, is that everything is legally one and the same, when it isn't, and it creates an angry and aggressive police force that doesn't care about the people that they serve.
And a dictatorship.
The "Ahh shaadaap ya old hag before I pack your mouth with peanut butter" wouldn't be seen by the court as common sense that a Monkey is a joke... and isn't criminally culpable, and can be easily outsmarted by Humans.
It would be seen by the court as unequal service by the Police, with a Gender bias, towards older women.
It would also be seen by the court, as the police hate women so much, that they value a monkey more than a human woman.
Which is really stupid.
But that's what America's legal system has created in America.
That's one of the problems with the USA's government.
And I even know about the first court case in America that ended the culture of "common sense" in favor of complete uniformity.
A woman was offered a Toy Yoda... a Yoda is a Doll, despite being an outdated word.
If she can win a sales contest.
She won.
In speaking "Toy Yoda" verbally, it sounds like Toyota... which is a brand of car.
She took it to court, and she was ignorantly awarded a Toyota sedan.
The USA has gotten worse and worse and worse ever since.
