These are the policy realities of Leftism as would be beneficial to us.

Separating Hate speech, from Political, General and Religious speech, and banning Hate Speech under disorderly conduct or hate crime policies.

Banning or highly regulating guns.
Banning or highly regulating dangerous breed dogs, and separating dangerous breed dogs, from stable pet breeds.

Supplying the people with government health insurance, and/or government hospitals and clinics.

Getting tough on systemic discrimination, and LESSENING the burden of proof.

Heightening educational and academic standards, and getting more people to meet those standards.

Not a single one of these are championed by American Democrats.

And when they talk about discrimination because of a disability, they're talking far more about people in Wheel chairs, than what they are... people like us.

These a**holes are no more leftist than the man on the moon.

They surely strive for those more than their rival party, besides, isn't so-called Obamacare effectively governmental insurance?

That it is, and it is actuarially unsound.
