No. The Iraq War was very bad for American public finances so I don't think anyone would view a war as anything more than a necessary waste.
I note the article's conspiratorial tone, and some of the assumptions it makes are shaky, to say the least. For example, it suggests that America left the Great Depression due to the Second World War, but American GDP had begun to rise by 1934. By 1940, it was already at pre-crash levels. By Pearl Harbour, it was well ahead of pre-crash levels. America's recovery was due to wider economic development.
There are doubtless many industries that benefit from war, but overall it's not as good for the economy as, say, waiting a few years.
