The Alt Right is a movement of socialists who promote white nationalism, totalitarianism, and other radical views which contradict the very core values of Conservatism . In a great sense of irony, the Alt Right and the Left Wing Progressives are eerily similar in their suppositions. The motives are the same but only the end result differs. While the Alt right promotes white nationalism, the far left wing progressives promote forced multiculturalism/marxism and strict adherence to political correctness . Same agenda, flip sides of the coin.

There is nothing socialist about the "alt-right", they are very much a far-right group. Of course, they've got nothing in common with non-extremist conservatives, but they are still a right-wing group. What you are referring to is the horseshoe principle:

Also, the far-left isn't as you describe it all, that's just a misconception by people who don't understand liberal politics. If you want an actual idea of the far-left, look at the politics of those like Chompsky.

What's wrong with multiculturalism? I don't see the problem with it, really.

Another thing that isn't conservative is neoconservatism. It's sort of a social-progressive semi-libertarianism with aims for global trade and turning former tyrant and despot outposts into first-world countries with western values. It might have some good goals at heart but it's essentially a very expansive liberalism attempting to assert itself across the globe.
