Why do people threaten to blow up abortion clinics and animal testing labs? Aren't they against destroying life?

It's not about saving lives. It's about oppressing women.

"If women can control their own bodies, they might become promiscuous! The horror! Only guys are supposed to do that!"

Violence to save lives is generally seen as honourable or even heroic. That's the logic in play here. Remember, there's little difference between aborting a baby and taking a newborn baby and smashing it's head open against the wall to these people. If instead it was the adult who was about to do that who's head was smashed open on the wall, the smasher would be seen as a hero. Me, I see abortion as a necessary evil. To others it's just plain evil, as evil as smashing a baby's head into a wall.

Or are you using men of straw as screens upon which to project your actual opinions?

Same reason people threaten to shoot up gun shows or pro gun rallies. Cause they disagree extremely to them and doesn't suffer from a morals condition

these people generally want their freedom to believe what they want, but that includes the freedom to impose their beliefs on everyone one else.

If they really were pro-life, why does their concern stop at birth?

people don't threaten to blow up animal testing labs while the animals are in it. They usually try to free the animals. There was a BLM horse facility that was burned, but there were not any horses in it when that happened.

You applauded when the U.S. Navy Seals filled Osama Bin Ladin with hot lead.

Niether you nor I shed tears if Baghdadi or Hitler or Jeffry Daumier die violently, even if its without due process in a court.

Partially its revenge,but mainly our motive is to prevent more deaths. Plug the terrorist, or despot, or serial killer now, so he doesn't keep on killing. And save lives.

These extremist activist simply take that same sentiment and apply it to folks we don't apply it to.

To an extreme Right-to-lifer an abortion doctor is like the Sandy Hook spree shooter shooting children in a school, and needs to be taken down.

Same with an extreme Peta person who is upset about minks being raised in a mink farm to be turned into stoles for rich ladies.

Some extremist just get into their own little mindset that's -actually similar to our own- but is different from our own.
