Should Putin arm and find the National Front...
In France to otherthrow the war criminal Macron?
I'm joking of course but this is miniscule compared to what the West has done to Syria.

So let's recap.
Assad rules Syria with an iron fist. He assassinates the president of Lebanon. After eleven years, and inspired by protests against similar dictators across the Arab world, two boys spray anti-government graffiti and are arrested and tortured; one of them dies. This causes protests break out against his rule. Assad suppresses them violently. Months later, he has a cartoonist's hands broken. He starts killing civilians with impunity, with over 5,000 killed by the regime in the first year of fighting. A group of generals opposed to this form the Free Syrian Army, but receive minimal support from the West, unlike their colleagues in Libya. His troops summarily execute over 100 civilians in Houla. Assad's forces launch a chemical attack in Gouta, killing several hundred people. In 2017, they launch a second chemical attack in Khan Shaykhun - only now does the West intervene against the government, striking the military base that the attack was launched from.
On 7th April, another chemical attack was launched, this time in Douma. Again, about 70 people died and over 500 were injured. This was Assad's third confirmed use of chemical weapons against his own people since the war began. Each attack required a stronger response. The US, France, and the UK launched join airstrikes against targets related to Syria's chemical weapons program. It seems, against all odds, that nobody died in these airstrikes. Meanwhile, the death toll in the war is up to 500,000, with another 7.6m+ internally displaced and 5m+ international refugees. Not only is that more than ten times the number of people killed in the two Libyan Civil Wars since 2011, but you could even add on the number of deaths in the Iraq War and you wouldn't get to the Syrian death toll.
So, pray tell, how is the West launching limited airstrikes to stop Assad murdering his own people remotely comparable to Putin overthrowing a democratically elected leader?
That's not a recap, that's recr*p.
Most of that is completely false. The war started with unarmed Syrian security forces being fired at by snipers. There was a secret paper released under FOI that showed the US knew they were creating ISIS made up from Al Qaeda type fighters. Michael Flynn admitted this on air when pressed with the document. The leaked Clinton emails show she said that the best way to help Israel with Iran's "nuclear threat" was to remove Assad. She knew the Saudis are funding ISIS while she took money from the Saudis.
The leader of the FSA killed a soldier and ate his heart and liver.
Another 'moderate rebel' chopped of a Priest's head with a kitchen knife. The 'rebels' have burned people alive in cages, drowned people alive in cages.
There's not a shred of evidence that Assad carried out any of the chemical attacks. Before the 2013 attack there had been 2 previous attacks suspected to be by the opposition, then ON THE DAY the UN inspectors were in town chemical weapons flew over their heads. These weapons came from Turkey. The 'rebels' are on film with the chemical, using it to show off by killing rabbits.
The UN said Assad did the one last year without a shred of evidence. There's not a shred of evidence that he carried out the one this year and the area was blown up hours before the OPCW were due to do an inspection. The only source is the 'White Helmets' who are Al Qaeda.
If we cared about people dying we would attack the Saudis who's war in Yemen makes sure that over 100 children die each day. The Egyptian leader killed 600 unarmed protestors a few years ago, our friend. Israel poured white phosphorus over schools and hospitals in 2009 and we just carried on selling them weapons. Give me a break!

Someone watched RT too much it seems.
There's no proof that the "White helmets" are Qaeda, the only sources who claim so are RT, and Farsi and Syrian channels.
https://www.wired.com/2017/04/white-hel ... cy-theory/
The association in these conspiracy theories is usually based on something superficial, like pointing to a flag of Nusra waving in the background in a picture of White Helmets saving injuries - I mean of course there happen to be flags of those in the areas they operation, the guys are operating in rebel-areas where there are casualties.
If you take a photo of me while I am standing in an area near my house chances that you may find a some hezbollah flag waving somewhere in the photo background - does that mean i am hezbollah now?
The heart-eater was called Abu Sakkar, a commandant of his own Islamist militia operating on their own, the leader of FSA at that time was Gen. Salim Idris who is a secular former general in the Syrian army.

I will apply your very logic here:
These "600 unarmed protesters" were Muslim Brotherhood, a well known terrorist group, the same organization and the same ideology that provided the eggs from which ISIS and Al Qaeda were born.
http://www.bbc.com/news/av/world-middle ... -on-police
I always wonder why the Pro-Russians camp only mentions Saudi Arabia and Wahhabism when they talk about Islamic terrorism yet they fail to mention Muslim Brotherhood which is a much larger Islamist organization with a proven record of terrorist activities and direct ties with the leaders and founders of Qaeda and Isis. Maybe because the M.B (And Hamas, its offshoot) are allies with Iran, Qatar, Turkey's Erdogan and Syrian regime?
Vanessa Beeley and Eva Bartlett are independent journalists and have both been to Syria numerous times. Al Nusra and the 'white Helmets' are stationed together. No one in Syria has heard of them. They were founded by an ex British MI6 agent. Their leader wasn't even allowed into the US to collect his Oscar as he is a "security threat". He's on the terrorist watch list. No Western journalist will go near 'rebel' held areas as they know they probably won't leave with their head attached to their shoulders.
John Pilger has exposed the 'white Helmets'. Is he a Russian agent? Never in my life have I seen such an insane propaganda campaign. Anyone who dares to question is a "Russian agent"
Here is a good exposure of the group

I know about the Muslim Brotherhood. What's your article got to do with the 600 killed? Do you have evidence that all 600 were part of the Brotherhood?
The BBC is also not a reliable source.

As I said, I was joking about Macron. But the strike on Syria broke International Law.

Btw, "independent" journalists don't exist - don't be naive. Journalists who constantly speak on RT 24/7 are certainly not independent.

RT is not a reliable source.
So you see my point, it all depends on which sources you want to believe.
Then you should probably know that they are allies of Iran, Turkey and Qatar. And you should probably know that both Al Qeada were founded by former MBs, Osama bin Laden himself was a former member in Saudi M.B; and ISIS had ties to MB as well.

Yeah, she's already debunked that piece. The Guardian aren't a reliable source on Syria. None of their journalists would go to a 'rebel' held area as they know they'd come back without a head or get tortured at least. The Corbett Report has dismantled the 'White Helmets'. John Pilger has told the truth about them too. Just a "propaganda construct". The Guardian uses these Jihadists as a source. The leader wasn't even allowed into the US to collect his Oscar as he is deemed a security threat. He's on the terrorist watch list. If Bartlett was rich she could get them all done for libel.

A billion more times reliable than the BBC. Still waiting for that evidence that those 600 protesters were the Muslim Brotherhood.

Most of that is completely false.
Well, no, they're all well-established facts which I can provide citations for if you like.
This isn't true. Abu Sakkar, the man videoed committing cannibalism, is not and never has been the leader of the FSA. He led a smaller battalion, and was condemned by the FSA. See here.
Do you mean Father Francois Murad? He was killed by al-Nusra, who are in no sense "moderate". They're no different to ISIS.
I couldn't find any reputable references to this on the internet.
I did find caged people being used as human shields by genuine moderates. I am not happy about this and it could constitute a war crime.
I also found that some moderates had children act in anti-Assad propaganda videos which referenced ISIS burning people alive.
You haven't been paying attention if you really believe that.
Firstly, the weapons were dropped from a plane. The only people in the area with aircraft are Assad and the Russians.
But I guess it's not impossible that another country carried it out. However, the French government have released a report detailing how we know it was definitely Assad. It goes into detail about the background, the military motive, and the chemical forensics. You can read it here. They released a similar report after the attack in April 2017, which you can read here. It is beyond reasonable doubt that Assad's government carried these attacks out.
Any evidence for this claim?
I have already demonstrated that this is wrong.
... what? They're a search and rescue charity.
I looked into this claim, and found multiple independent sources, all from reliable outlets, confirming that this is propaganda perpetuated by the Assad regime and Russia to discredit the charity. Sources: investigative article by Wired, another from Pulse, and the Guardian, and a fact-check by Snopes.
High-end estimates put the death toll in the Yemeni Civil War at 13,500-14,000 (the highest I could find was 13,600, but that was four months ago). The war has been going on for a little over 3 years. That's 12-13 people a day, most of them combatants. It's complicated because it isn't "rebels vs government", but two sides who both claim to be the government.
By comparison, the war in Syria averages 2,550 deaths a day (rounded down to the nearest 50). Notably, almost as many Palestinian civilians have died in the Syrian civil war as Yemeni civilians in the Yemeni civil war. The West has struck against the two strongest groups, Assad's forces and ISIS, to limit their ability to commit atrocities. With Assad, they've targeted sites associated with the manufacturing, storage, and deployment of chemical weapons. It's an extremely limited intervention that won't change the course of the war and couldn't realistically be performed in Yemen; I don't believe either side has access to chemical weapons. I don't know enough about the background to talk too much about the rights and wrongs of Yemen, but my understanding is that it's an old-fashioned squabble over who gets to rule between two sectarian groups of similar strength and legitimacy. It's not like in Syria where we have a dictator massacring his own people; if we intervene, we'd have to pick between the sides and grant one of them undeserved legitimacy. I could support a humanitarian/peacekeeping mission, but I'm not sure if it is viable.
Speak for yourself.
Didn't know about this but it is true. Pretty disgraceful. I would have supported acting to curtail Israel's chemical weapons program at the time.
Ok leader if a small battalion. Yes they condemned it once they'd been caught out, that's called propaganda. FSA have carried out numerous atrocities. Independent journalists have been to Syria multiple times in rebel areas. Our media will not go into rebel held areas.
When Cameron and Obama were trying to get us to fight against Assad and support the 'moderate rebels' there was no distinction between them in the news media, only online.
There are no "genuine moderates" in Syria.
Where's the evidence that the weapons were dropped from a plane or a helicopter this time? Why on the brink of victory would Assad do the one thing that could lead him to defeat?
The 'White Helmets' are a propaganda front. They have been exposed mainly by Vanessa Beeley, Max Blumenthal and John Pilger. I will leave links. One of their main leaders wasn't even allowed into the US to collect his Oscar as he is deemed a security threat. He's on the terrorist watch list.
There's not a shred of evidence in that UN report about last year's attack. Even James Mattis said the US had no evidence a couple of months ago.
It is estimated that over 100 children a day are dying of starvation in Yemen.
Of course you didn't know about Israel's attack, because that clearly shows our selective outrage in Syria is a crock.

Rebels killing rabbits. The writing on the chemicals is in Turkish as that's where Al Qaeda got them from
