Should a government dictate what a woman does with her body?

I heard that because of falling birth rates, in France, the government issued leaflets or letters or something to women in their late 20s to "encourage" to think about and have children. I seem to feel as though it's no one else's business to tell a woman what she should and shouldn't do with her body. I know they said encourage not force but I still can't help but feel like it is still forcing people. I mean what if there are women who are still single with no partner through no fault of their own or that they perhaps just can't have children due to underlying issues they were born with or something?

I feels as though it's trying to turn things backwards. I remember a video I saw discussing this issue and a woman opposed to it, said it's turning women into "sows for their nation". It also feels somewhat sinister as I mean in history, weren't women forced to get married and have children in Nazi Germany "for sake of the fatherland"? That might sound like an over-the-top exaggeration I don't know, but that's what it seems like.

Falling birth rates are the best thing for the planet in societies where robots are taking most jobs anyway. What's the point in living in overcrowded countries where there's nothing but cars and houses everywhere you go and not enough services to go around? It's f*****g stressful and I hate it.

I think that every baby deserves to be born into the world so I'd have to say yes.

Dictate? Obviously not.
Suggest? Possibly, if the suggestion doesn't incline the citizenry towards such dictation.

Falling birthrates seem to be getting reported in many countries now . And as our lovely societies . Have been making life worse and worse for working class people , of which the bigger part of the population is ! And if women are not feeling they are safe enough to have children , or can earn enough to care for. them, Man or No man in their life . And many men being in a similiar boat . Not being able to financially support a family . Seems , it might be a logical thing to happen . Bots replacing peeps, even for low wage jobs . Kinda makes you wonder about who is running things .
( 3 cheers for the World Economic Forum , And all the brilliant world leaders and ogliarchs )

I wonder if you'd still feel that way if you were the one carrying the pregnancy. A lot of antichoicers seem willing to violate their beliefs on that topic once it's their body being occupied, at least based on reports from people who provide that service.
