Over half Oklahoma voters voted against increasing the min wage to 15 dollars per hour by 2029. I think the current min wage there is 7.25 per hour same as in Texas. 15 dollars per hour is already a poverty wage. Oklahoma voted against its own interest. Pretty much worker would of made more if the min wage would of been raised to 15 per hour. Sad time in Oklahoma. The national min wage has been 7.25 per hour since 2009.

If we suggest anything that even remotely addresses income inequality, we get called communists and get told to go to China or Venezuela or wherever.

The MAGA playbook is so similar to the Joe McCarthy playbook in the 1950s.

And Texas now requires public schools to have Bible lessons in order to get additional state funding.

And the lessons won't be the red letter text. I think evangelical Christianity's only MO is to scare people into not having sex.

I think if the Bible is required in Texas public schools students should be required to read the Koran and the Satanic Bible.
