Surely there are a plethora of Aspie Pastafarians out there!

Did you start life in a different religion/non-religion?

What drew you to His Noodliness? What empirical evidence convinced you that He is the True Creator?

For me, (recovering Episcopalian):

- The "Eight I'd Really Rather You Didn'ts" strike me as a lot more moral than the "Ten Commandments."

- Fettucini Alfredo tastes way better than communion wafers.

- Pirates are cool.

Just because knowledge about the FSM, his love and kindness, is something to find within us; that does not mean it is irrational.
In the same way you know love, happiness, loneliness and despair intimately and directly without being able to measure them; you know the FSM.

Can you deny you experience happiness or despair? Are they not as real as anything can be?
How can they be "improvable concepts"?

He is as much a part of you as the beat of your heart, your self awareness and your inner most thoughts.
However, just as you must open your heart before you can love, you must have the courage to open your self to the FSM before you can see your oneness with him.

I used to be like you: closed in my mind, arrogant in my narrow beliefs.
It took a lot of courage to change and let him touch me, but I did and now it is like I have had dark glasses removed and I can see the world clearly.

It would be very sad if you spent your whole life without letting him touch you.
Ignorance and perpetual denial are dark places to live.
