Nice drawing where did you get the table of data from. Also how do you define stability. is it half life or mass defect ?

Maybe I should type all the data into a spreadsheet and then make a pretty diagram for us. I am not sure if I will be able to make such a good looking one.
I just do not fancy the work on typing the whole chart of the nuclides into excel, it is a lot of data.

Thanks, I was hoping for a text file of the half lives of every isotope and their mass defects. That would allow me to plot my own view of the islands of stability. I am sure that U-238, Pu-244 and Cm-247/248 are islands of stability as their half lives are very long.
