Whatever little good the war on drugs has brought at the same time it's done more harm than good and created more criminals than we need to have.

I guess the issue than is not that someone had a gun but rather that they used it inappropriately. Everyone gathered to get high someone started shooting a gun off then there was a massive stampede of people and a few where injured and no one died I don't think. I can post an article or something if you want but that is what happened....it wasn't supposed to obviously.
