Police say officers have been targeted in Missouri, Georgia and Tennessee

"The FBI issued an alert to Louisiana law enforcement agencies warning of violence against officers and planned riots in the aftermath of this week’s high-profile fatal shooting of a black man by Baton Rouge Police. Judicial Watch obtained a copy of the situational information report, which was distributed to police and sheriff departments in Bossier, Caddo Parish and east Baton Rouge as well as Louisiana State Police....

"The alert is dated July 7 and includes disturbing images from social media, including one depicting a restrained uniformed police officer getting his throat slashed by a masked individual. Other social media images call for purging and killing all cops in Baton Rouge on July 9 and starting a riot by the courthouse in Shreveport that will tear shi_ _ down without killing our own black people.” Calling for unity in the violent protests, one social media post says “it don’t matter what color you are.” Another says “must kill every police!! !!”"

Shooting cops is only going to make things worse. Soon, the initial unjustified shootings by police of black men will be forgotten, and cops will be seen as the only victims.

What's going to happen if they keep this crap up is no one is going to want to be a policemen and then it's every person for themselves. Better have a couple guns on hand.

That's my greatest fear here. And at what point will it stop?

Terribly sad but probably true.

With the violence now and the election 4 months away, will we see violence carried out for the purpose of changing the outcome? I'm not pointing fingers at any particular candidate's supporters, but the risk for such a thing seems to have increased.

I think it was another black ex-soldier that shot at 5 people, killing 1 (2 others wounded), in Tennessee. It happened before Dallas, and seems like it was overshadowed by such.

Reasons are grievances for the latest incidents in media.

Whilst I agree with her point (not civil war), she's far, far off base with much of it.



She obviously hasn't looked all that hard. For every person unfairly judging BLM, you'll find someone happy with the Dallas attack [and asking for more], for example. Just go to Twitter.

If this is something people listen to, well, you should probably check facts more, and then share them whenever you see people repeat the same old lies over and over.

That is the idea. Certain people and organizations have to tried to provoke overreaction since time immemorial. The plan is to make people will feel the system is so hostile or broken violent change is the only answer so a revolution would happen that they could seize control over. A jittery undermanned police force is more likely to overreact creating youtube moments. Citizens noticing they are not safe likewise. An ineffective police force makes imposition of martial law, suspension of human rights etc. more likely. This will help these agenda pushing organizations convince people "I told you so".

The agenda need not been political, it is often financial. There is an old expression in the TV news business "If it bleeds it leads". Anarchy, choas, fear are great for ratings.
