Uh, something sounds strange for me. I love animals and I would never kill one... But it often happens that people who can't take care of their puppies (and who don't make an effort to find a better solution) throw them to the river.
So why is this girl in a psychiatric hospital now ?

Wow, this is not something I would have done at that age.

No one in the right mind would throw puppies in the river so it's assumed she could have something wrong with her.

Heck even NTs were digusted by this and were saying they hope she suffers for it. This was also mentioned on Babycenter in one of the groups. I bet other 12 year olds would have also been digusted with this too. Even kids that young know what is animal cruelity and what isn't.
