Case in point, Ireland. IRA infested, poverty, drink, hopelessness. Then they got the bright idea to provide college education for anyone that qualified for college. Radically changed the economy, tech center of European commerce, strong economy. . .
if we can kill people and deprive poor children of any health care and spend billions and billions in Iraq. . don't you think we could fund a college system in the USA?
