I don't have a yacht or an airplane, soooo.. Grindr serves it's purpose.

I never had gaydar. or straitdar for that matter. back to Melania, she is tougher than she appears.

Yes I'm inclined toward profiling her as hard nosed and materialistic. However she is human and wouldn't be enjoying being a laughing stock. The whole Stormy Daniels affair is currently being mercilessly lampooned on Seth Meyers and Stephen Colbert

I'm not sure anyone cares, I don't. Only liberals are talking about it. No one would be surprised if Trump did and it was before his presidency (I still wouldn't be surprised if they had/have a open marriage). If he did or did not, it's between him and Melania. Hell, I almost think it would be funny if Bill turned to Hilary and said something along the lines of...

I know it's completely off topic but my two best friends during my time in university were gay and the other bisexual.

The gay one was completely "mr average" but like myself highly educated and well spoken.

The bisexual one was a long haired "dude" and "pretty boy" who enjoyed the attention he got from men and women. He was only ever active at night time as he slept during the day. Somehow (I never worked this out) he managed to combine working fulltime and partying and yet managed to finish university on time?

After university and before getting married I had two more best friends who were both bisexual, one was an artist who ran his father's antiquarian bookstore and the other was married and a self-employed handyman.

The irony is that my social life in my 20s was dominated by my friendship with people in LGBT community, I passively drifted into their orbit but never developed friendships with people who were heterosexual. I reflect back I think it's because these men were open minded and willing to be friends with a loner like myself without preconceived ideas about the fact I had no friends and preferred being a loner.

The "gaydar" joke was therefore tongue in cheek, the fact was I frankly didn't care what my friends did with their penis

How much can be said about this? It's just pure gossip. Going back and forth between talking about poor Melania and how embarrassed she is while talking about her being a materialistic opportunist and the usual Trump is a vile scumbag. And of course this is just going to keep reminding everyone about Bill Clinton having sex in the Oval Office.

The alleged affair occured 10 years before the election. The alleged hush money occurred just before the election which would be collusion designed to effect the results of the election.

Sounds like blackmail to me and now possible breach of contract or someone looking for a career boost through fame.

I can't be the only one depressed about the sheer stench of our national corruption. there is nothing funny about it, it's like laughing at a bank robbery.

I really hope you don't believe that all started with Trump; corruption has been around for a really long time, nothing new.

But Trump has lowered the bar.....

If one would compare the Trump-Clinton debates with the Nixon-Kennedy debates, one would see what I mean when I say that "the discourse under Trump has gone in the toilet."

corruption is being celebrated now, that is the difference, at least in the past there was some tut-tutting. opprobrium went out with dial phones, I guess. the truth is public enemy#1 now.

I knew his orientation for a few months, didn’t know his age (only he was younger, always assumed he was in college). But you can think what you will, I can care less because I wouldn’t date a 17 year old. If the feeling was mutual after they turn 18, that’s an avenue worth exploring in my opinion. Unless it’s wrong for an 18 year old to go out with someone who is 27, even then I don’t care. Besides, I even indicated some interest in Kip in that post. As for lustful, I wouldn’t say that’s the case and that would be due sensory issues with light touching due to ASD (so not a strong desire for me). Only a desire to someday find a possible life partner, whom we can share some core interests together and ideally someone who loves to travel.

Not really. At all. Especially if said 17yo is a twink.
I'd date an 18yo if I was into him in every way.
But I've always been attracted to younger than myself.
Plus being ASD, I related to people 2/3 my age better due to emotional maturity levels - I figure that's a part of my natural gravitation to young 20 somethings.
Besides, it's equally the younger guy's decision. For some I'm not old enough - they want 40+ or 45+ etc.
Huge age gaps are extremely common in gay relationships, so much so that it's the subject of quite a few articles.
For those that are attracted that way, the old guy tends to like the young energetic hottie, and the younger guy likes the things an older guy has - stable career and finances, muscle, knows what he wants etc.
It's extremely common for their to be a 15+ year age gap in gay relationships - more so than straight, IMO.
You don't have to like it or be attracted to 18yo's, but there's nothing wrong, immoral, unethical, or illegal about it so *shrug* to each their own, live and let live. If you don't want to date an 18yo, then don't.
And get f*****g real like it isn't a common running (serious) joke amongst straight males waiting for sexy celebrity teen girls to turn 18. There's always been the types who lust after the barely legal crowd. You don't have to like it, but there are those types out there, too. Wow, I can't believe I even have to explain all of this to a grown man, but hey, I'll do my part to educate someone when I have a moment.
