I dunno..... I saw him on "The Today Show", this morning, and I "saw", in his words, that he TOTALLY realized what he did was wrong, showed genuine remorse for it, IMO; thought what he did was stupid, and was driven, he felt, by ego; that he felt he embellished, maybe, because he WAS involved more, back-in-the-day, and hungered to STILL be, etc.

unfortunately he crossed the rubicon and cannot restore what used to be. he must make do with what he has, which is a reduced level of public trust, belated contrition or no.
