Warren endorses Biden
It's worth noting that the original local nickname for Warren wasn't Pocahontas, it was Fauxcahontas (along with Lie-a-watha and Spreading Bull). When she went national, I suspect the humor of Fauxcahontas was a little too obscure for general use and she became Pocahontas — exactly like nicknaming a stupid person "Einstein."
Warren is just like Biden – someone who's spent her whole career as a grifter, getting jobs and promotions from the scam of being an American Indian, just as light-weight Joe "Einstein" Biden has gotten elected over and over (from one of the smallest states in the country, very liberal, with big Dem money behind him), and has made himself and his family rich, while backslapping union bosses and plagiarizing speeches.

This. Surprised this thread title And the contents of the OP are allowed on this forum.
Derogatory names have been "allowed" for politicians of both parties.
Racial slurs, though? Even if it’s not a popular racial slur, that’s how it’s intended when trump uses it.
Lame of this forum to allow that, even lamer of people to post it. It’s degrading to Indigenous people who are typically already degraded and disadvantaged in North American society.
Also, does that mean people here are allowed to post about that N-word Obama? Makes about as much sense.
No it doesn't make as much sense. If Obama pretended to be Japanese and was nicknamed Emperor Ito because of it, that would be a realistic comparison.
Warren didn’t pretend to be anything. She believed she was of Indigenous descent because that’s what she was told her whole life. trump called her Pocahontas as a slur long before DNA testing said she wasn’t of Native descent.
As someone who has stronger Indian ancestry (Sioux) I do not believe that. Lots of Americans are or say they are part Cherokee, but they do not list their ethnicity as American Indian on an official form. It was blatantly obvious she was not an American Indian before her DNA test which indicated that maybe she was 1/2024th Indian.
There was already a several page long lengthy debate about this on another thread. If you think the OP made a racial slur then report it.

Obvious to who? You? Her?
Based on what? Appearance?
I went to business school with a guy with red hair and light skin that burned easily in the sun named Jason Schwingenschloegl (Austrian/German last name) - and he had a status card. My white skinned blonde haired friend who’s father is of Dutch descent has Métis Status.
You don’t Know what someone else’ ancestry is. Their DNA isn’t worn on their face.

Well, if it was just an honest mistake, she should still pay back all the money she earned at jobs she landed by claiming to be of indigenous descent.

Is there “affirmative action,” for indigenous peoples in the USA?
Obviously they don’t do DNA tests when applying for a job. Do they require the presentation of a Status Card? If not and they just take applicants word for what they believe their family history to be then every job ever granted under such a premise would have to be under scrutiny and money repaid by your logic.. except not - because she, and everyone else, earned their pay by exchanging their labour for it. She’d have been fired and not made any money if she wasn’t worth paying.

Warren had no such status card. Her parents both listed themselves as white on documents like drivers licences.
There was a lengthy pages log discussion about this on another thread. If you think the OP made a racial slur then report it.

I think the president did and he repeated it because that’s what the orange guy does - normalizes discrimination & hate to the point that people think it’s no big deal. Hence the uptick in hate crimes in your country since he’s been in office/on the golf course.

So, I can feel free to come up with nicknames for you and use them whenever I want as long as I state that they’re sarcasm? I have one or two in mind already.

I think the nickname is in bad taste as topic header...seems to legitimise the sub-culture that Trump is popularising

Is it true SpongeBob SquarePants and Fred Flintstone have endorsed Trump?
...You know Pocahontas was a real person, right?
No I didn’t.
