I figured that might be an obstacle, but it appears to be here only shot at a defense.

The reason I asked about an insanity defense is because I didn't know if when sober she heard Trump talking to her specifically or something.

Methamphetamine like alcohol is a truth serum...opens the person up to their inner impulses/desires

I don't know if insanity will work,diminished capacity drug induced psychosis might work.

Back when Obama was president, people blamed him for leniency in the criminal courts.

Now that Trump is president, people are blaming him for inspiring hate-based crimes.

Why not just blame the criminals for their own actions instead of politicizing their crimes?

Oh God, again? Why can't people just be responsible for their own behavior? :shrug:


I didn't say she shouldn't be held accountable, I am just trying to figure out if she is going to do time in prison or a psych ward
