I hate litigation culture.

And I'm deeply offended that someone is "having a go" at WP just because they can't handle the truth and need someone to blame.

I'll be over here sharpening the axe!

Oooh, I hope no-one who is terminally f***ing stupid reads that and gets the wrong idea!

I have just contacted the authorities in Sussex.

Also, I pledge my penis to help save this site. It's not like I'm using it.

Interesting to note is that the suit implies that teenagers with Asperger's syndrome should not be sold guns.

Quote:
The Smiths also accused the Saddleback Valley Gun Center and its owner, George Hueneman, of negligently selling the shotgun to a teenager suffering from a disorder

why can't this case be taken as a charity case? pro-bono, if you will. the people most interested in donating to the autism community should come forth and make another contribution for this site.

Good point since WP is a very small bussiness that provides support to many people
with ASD. Seems like "cure autism now" groups could at the very least loan Alex
$10,000 at fair market rate that he could use to fight this. Alex should contact them.

It won't take $10,000 to dismiss the suit.

I'll go down to Orange County Superior Court myself PRO BONO and have the suit dismissed. I'll gladly take the $10,000 though.

Again, not necessary. Before Johnie Cochoran died, he taught me his vaunted "Chewbaca Defense" The prosecution won't stand a chance!!

I'll take the billion dollars though....

Well I thought Alex would use $100 million of it to hire Don King to promote the

They're digging for gold everywhere they can stick a shovel.

I can suggest a place to stick the shovel.
