20-yr-old terrorist yells "For Syria" and begins shooting into the crowd :

No doubt about it at all. Probably Om-Shalom-ers from start-to-finish. Practitioners of the religion of peace had NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING to do with it.

The victims were all just folk trying to go about their daily lives and enjoy themselves at restaurants and a musical concert. Why don't these religious cowards attack military targets rather than civilian?

Why ? Because civilians are "soft targets" (low hanging fruit, so to speak). Military targets would mean harder work, more careful planning, and a greater death toll on the terrorists' side as well. As attractive as the thought of 75 virgins in Paradise may be, even they probably want to enjoy said virgins here on Earth.

I just have a hard time thinking of families that have lost loved ones this day, especially young children. Some "humans" are really not "humans" in anything but name (and DNA).

B@st@rds.

Let's divorce them from the human race.

They are not animals either. Animals are noble.

Animals don't kill for political or religious reasons, only for food. (cats being a possible exception as they occasionally kill for fun).

Expect to see more of this in the future, it's widely considered the future of terrorism.

Mumbai, and all the other metropolitan cities in the country, are on high alert, especially since Mumbai has been a prime target for terror attacks in the past.

257 were killed in 1993, the modus operandi was car bombs placed in crowded locations (hotels, office / newspaper buildings, petrol bunks, banks, and markets). 266 killed in the 2008 attacks that occurred over 4 days, and involved a hotel, a busy railway station / terminus, a hospital, a cinema hall, and a Jewish community centre.

The perps belonged to Pakistan backed Laskar-e-Taiba and the Pakistani "intelligence" (ISI). I just hope that the police in all cities are locked and loaded, should Laskar-e-Taiba attempt to puil a copy-cat.

Stay safe, my people, stay safe.

It's a terrible situation when legitimate intelligence services are part of the bad guys.

'Tain't funny McGee! Nothing in this f!cking thread is funny, or even humorous. You're all a bunch of neo-Nazis for even making light of this latest tragedy.

Meistersinger, joking for some is a way of diffusing a terrible situation. One of the first things I do when in shock is joke.

I can't say this is overly surprising.

That would never happen. The "problem" has to be present in order to justify the "solution".

Apparently these terrorist attacks are a response to the French starting air strikes on Syrian targets at the end of September. It was also announced yesterday that their only aircraft carrier, together with other warships, was to be deployed to the Persian Gulf.

B-but, wasn't it Muslim immigrants that did it (we all know it was).

I mean, that's just the logical thing to do, r-right?
