The 9/11 tragedy not only affected the US, but also other countries, such as Canada. Canada lost people in the attacks as well. Many Canadians also died in the war on terror as well. The US is a close ally of Canada, and Canada was one of the first nations to stand with the US in it's quest to bring the perpetrators to justice. God bless the USA and God bless Canada as well.

Didn't you know? Some Albertans (not saying ALL of them are, heck there's prolly a few in Quebec as well...) are right-wing conservatives (check who's in power currently in Canada? Yeah, you guessed it). Obviously mister Harper was pretty fond of Mister Bush's politics (Imo, we're pretty much associated with them now -.- Here goes the nice reputation my canadian passport had if i ever travel in the Middle East). And he's "slightly" using the same censor tactics (or just plain cutting payment) to NGOs that criticize Israel. <.< Just wish i could vote Harper out. -.- But in Canada the PM decides when federal elections take place (or if opposition parties overthrow the government in the Parliament, therefore showing disagreement with the current party in power).

Not to mention demonizing the Bloc Québecois as the evil separatists, as if we hadn't have enough problems in Canada without reigniting old feuds. -.-

Really now =.= September 11 is just a day like any others for me, and reminding people of this event only to stir their basic emotions does little to help anyone involved.
