Because they are blaming the club's owners for their relegation, and the owners of the club are an Indian company that deals in chickens. The world of English football is a complicated place!

If they really want to cause some havoc, don't bother with normal chickens, just import some Hylian Cuccos. Those little feathery f**kers are PURE EVIL IN A HEN COOP.
