The amygdala can be thought of as a peanut in the brain. lol Hence emotional people are "nuts".

Its the limbic roots of emotional functioning.

i wish i could selectively turn off my fear, in a more intelligent manner.

People who get a...lobotomy of their amygdala often end up with a similar thing (that's for stuff like morbid OCD).

the onlyway that someone could turn off my fear is if someone actively tried to seduce me. so,.if thats means running through enemy lines with my shirt on back to front i think the message of solidarity here is clear. see no evil hear no evil.
