 An "accidental false flag operation" or the "actions of a buffoon"? Trump is an exceptionally tough nut to crack.

I never heard of the "Star of David" before this incident.

People just don't know what symbology will be considered offensive.

Some Mexicans say the cute Taco Bell dog is offensive ...

That's all ridiculous red herring garbage.
I would not have thought anything if Hildabeast had used that star either
............and I greatly loathe her and give no slack whatsoever to her because she is so seasoned she is a month old sage rub brisket!

I have always known that as the seal of Solomon. My father had a medallion of such from our Weiss heritage (we are Weiss & Wiecz separately).

I would not connect that symbol with holocaust at all unless it was yellow and had bordering with or without jude in center.

And if I did think it was Holocaust symbol I'd be confused. Would that mean she is "with the Jews and Israel"?(not hardly) or -lol- is being persecuted? >_< THAT would definitely be dumb of him .

and this incident is in 2 other trump bash thread *yawn*

Some symbology is a lot more obvious than others. A pile of money with a Star of David and the words "Most Corrupt Candidate Ever!" inserted in that Star of David evokes anti-semitic imagery and originated with an anti-semitic website.

The Mogen David (Shield of David) is NOT exclusively a Jewish symbol (such as the Cross is for Christianity).

From the Wiki article:

The Star of David (✡), known in Hebrew as the Shield of David or Magen David (Hebrew מָגֵן דָּוִד; Biblical Hebrew Māḡēn Dāwīḏ [maːˈɣeːn daːˈwiːð], Tiberian [mɔˈɣen dɔˈvið], Modern Hebrew [maˈɡen daˈvid], Ashkenazi Hebrew and Yiddish Mogein Dovid [ˈmɔɡeɪn ˈdɔvid] or Mogen Dovid), is a generally recognized symbol of modern Jewish identity and Judaism.[1] Its shape is that of a hexagram, the compound of two equilateral triangles. Unlike the menorah, the Lion of Judah, the shofar and the lulav, the Star of David was never a uniquely Jewish symbol.[2]

This is what a Mogen David looks like:

He didn't make it, some staffer retweeted a pictured tweeted at them, it's a six pointed star not a Star of David. Total manufactured controversy.

The Magen David was chosen in the early days of Zionism, in the sense of the desire for Jews to return to the Land of Israel, so that Jews would have a simple, easily recognized symbol, like the Cross in Christianity or the Crescent in Islam. I ordered an item off Ebay from an Israeli seller about 18 months ago, and when the package arrived the Israeli postage strip featured the Menorah, not the Magen David.

Idk. He really baffles me sometimes. Whatever is going on in his brain is too alien for me to comprehend.

In this example, the brutish horseman is actually expending very little effort or emotion. The horse seems to be doing most of the thinking, in response to a simple insult.

"Some staffer" should be easy to track down, as he has so few of them. Tweeting? This is what his campaign does, in lieu of traditional efforts. That's all his campaign does. It worked in the primaries, but it is not working in the general election campaign. He is losing, and there isn't a lot of ways he can make up the gap, especially when the electoral gods hand him an opportunity like the FBI report on the e-mails, and he spends more time complaining about a mosquito, than going after his opponent. Seriously, the guy looked like the squirrel from Ice age. In a head to head debate with Hillary he's gonna get crushed, especially in a foreign policy debate.

I've wondered if he's tanking this on purpose. I think he's in it for the rallies. Just stand there and drink up all the lovely ego juice.

Considering Hillary created ISIS I doubt it, her whole professional career has been one of incompetence and corruption. Foreign policy is probably Hillary's weakest area considering she is basically a neocon. Trump will wipe the floor with her in a debate, she will probably cry to get the sympathy vote like she did against Obama in New Hampshire in 2008. Debating isn't so easy when your opponent isn't scared of you and has one hand tied behind their back, that's why Bernie is a loser and never had a chance.

Hillary loses on the issues, she can't defend her record and runs against everything she ever stood for. The Clintons were for NAFTA and they were for Iraq! We'll get more of the same with the two back in office!

You guys keep talking about a tweet nobody cares about, demanding somebodies head for it. Trump will not play this game.

He has also said he won't govern if he wins.

I think his whole campaign was a giant publicity stunt.

This x 1000000 ^

When Trump isnt even sure if he will take office if elected, thats a big problem. He shouldn't be running at all just to get attention/boost his ego and whatever else his crooked brain is thinking this will do.

People can bash Clinton all they want, but at least she would take office. The anti-Clinton people can whine all day about how she is helping wallstreet, she did "this event overseas" and "that other thing" and whatever else. But I think in the long run- democrats of any sort will be better for this country.

It's only July, who knows what could happen though.

The only way the GOP can win is to round up all the Christians and put them in death camps, establish a mandatory maximum salary of $20,000/year, declare that anyone who isn't a white, straight male be above the law, establish anti-hate speech laws which declare that criticism of anybody who isn't a white, straight male be prosecutable by law.

In short, if their vision is anything short of a giant hippie commune, they can't win.
