I assume many Americans associate black majority with ghettos and crime. trump's war on Washington (not the first time he instigated an attack on the capitol) comes full circle for the US government. It's the US government, through forced segregation (repercussions of breaching were jail, firebombing or death) and subsequent redlining (trump family were active participants in rent discrimination)and deliberate underfunding of neighbourhoods guaranteed intergenerational poverty and conducive environment for crime and gangs.

Ironic, trump declaring a war on what he, his father and the government itself helped create.

I suspect this is Trump's sly way of weaseling martial law in the country by allegedly fighting crime in what he thinks everyone sees as crime infested poverty traps. But just wait till there's troops in the white run cities, and then listen for the national outrage.
