Isn't that a little like speeding past a highway patrol car on purpose?

It's never a good idea to taunt an officer of the law, even a canine one.

Actually, people who intentionally harm animals for fun usually get a fine and community service. People who taunt people rarely get punished at all. But I guess police are especially, no matter what species.
