I can turn my feet that far round... they go in and they keep going and suddenly they're backwards and everyone is freaking out. Fantastic party trick.

Doesn't make me disabled, I walk perfectly normally (though I was rather pigeon toed as a kid)... good for the lady!!

I'm amazed. The feet look mildly grotesque, but such will and drive! Many aspies should take after her, not to mention many others of sound body.

Ooookay now, and I thought I'd seen everything.

I wonder, did her feet grow backwards, or did they rotate down so that they're upside-down? Looks like she's developed calluses for lack of actual food pads to walk on.

(Now that I look, I see she has toenails on the bottom, and her toes bend up instead of down, so yeah, they're upside down. Also, I see this was already mentioned in a comment on the article - d'oh.)

Yeah, her feet are turned upside down rather than "backwards" as such. If they were truly "backwards", her lower leg bones would have to be twisted round 180 degrees

Her hands also look like they are twisted at an odd angle, if not as extremely as her feet. I reckon she has a form of Arthrogryposis: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthrogryposis

She should try for the Guinness World Record for distance run backward.
