Terrible crash, I feel so bad for this guy, and being a truck driver, it scares me seeing accidents like this

20 KM in the wrong lane... I can't imagine what must've been going through his head. It's amazing that somebody managed to get that footage.

My dad's a trucker. The people I've seen at the truckstop when I visit him seem like a very unhealthy bunch. It doesn't surprise me that some of them are diabetic. They've got the stress from driving, and not a lot of time to get out and move around on foot or look for anything to eat but restaurant food. And a lot of them smoke too, just like my dad.

the problem is that truckers have no choice to eat unhealthy, you can not cook in your truck or exercise around a truck yard with trucks moving. and the truck stops stock everything unhealthy and hardly anything healthy, that is one of the many reasons i stop driving a truck.

Most places along the hiways, only serve bad, food, on my last trip to Chilliwack, BC all I had to eat was burgers and fries, its not the healthiest lifestyle, but I think most truckers prefer to eat properly

This is becoming too common in Alberta. My fiancee is working In Fort McMurray and he says crashes happen everyday because people don't drive for the apporopiate
conditions.

Some of trucks on his company are faulty, he was driving until he saw smoke and flames coming out of the dashboard on the passager side, and his breaks stopped working. He drove to the side of the road and when the truck began to slow down he jumped out and ran for dear life. The truck blew up as he ran, there wasn't anything left.

Since that incident everyone on the company are demanding vehacle inspected. Can't blame them.
